How to Use MessageZilla
Create clear, professional audio by typing a message,
speaking into your microphone, uploading an existing
recording, or using your own saved personal voice.
-
Start your message.
Type or paste your rough wording into the first message
box. You can also press Speak and dictate your message.
-
Upload existing audio.
Choose an audio recording, select the language spoken in
the recording, and press Upload and Transcribe.
-
Improve the wording.
Press Generate Script to turn your rough message or
transcription into a polished, professionally written
script.
-
Review the finished script.
Read the Finished Script carefully. You can change any
wording directly inside that box before creating the
audio.
-
Create your personal voice.
Press Create or Use My Personal Voice. Record a clean
sample, give the voice a name, and save it. Then return
to the main MessageZilla page and refresh it.
-
Choose a voice.
Open the Voice menu and select a regular MessageZilla
voice or one of your saved personal voices.
-
Name the recording.
Enter a simple file name such as main-greeting,
mustang-ad, presentation, or holiday-message.
-
Create the audio.
Press Generate MP3 for a smaller, shareable file or
Generate WAV for an uncompressed recording.
-
Preview the result.
Listen using the audio player. When using a personal
voice, wait for the message saying that your
personal-voice recording is ready.
-
Save the finished file.
Press Save MP3 or Save WAV beneath the audio player to
save the completed recording to your computer.
Personal Voice Tip:
Record a clean sample for approximately 8 to 15 seconds in
a quiet room. Speak naturally at a steady pace and avoid
music, fans, television, echoes, and other voices.
